Business Connect Supplier Application – Before You Start

Below are some things you should know and have ready in order to make your application process go quickly and smoothly. For this reason, it may be easier to complete the application on a PC or Laptop than on a mobile device or tablet.

Please have this information ready:

1. Your company’s Logo in image format (accepted file types are: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, and webp; maximum file size 128 MB). It’s recommended that your logo be at least 500 pixels square. If you logo is portrait or landscape based, it is recommended that it be centered within a canvas that is square.
2. Your company’s Business Profile (up to 1024 characters)
3. Your company’s Tax ID number
4. Your company’s DUNS number
5. Your company’s current certifications (accepted file types are: pdf, docx, jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tif, tiff, or webp; maximum file size 128 MB); please do not upload expired certifications
6. For every business classification you select (examples: DBE, MBE, WBE, etc.) you must upload a current certification for it
7. Your company’s NAICS code — have at least one (you can look them up here)
8. Your company’s Notable Clients — have at least one (include notable clients that show your relevant experience in major sports or entertainment events)
9. Your company’s client References — have three
10. Your company’s social media platforms’ URLs

Once you have all of the above, filling out the Application should take about 10 minutes.
